College Park Neighoburhood is one of the more mature neighbourhoods in Oakville. Centrally located, it is conveniently positioned close to QEW and main road in Oakville - Trafalgar Rd.

This neighbhourhood starts at Trafalgar Rd to the east and ends at Sexteen Mile Creek to the west. Upper Middle Rd is the border to the north and QEW is where this neighbouhrood ends on south.

College park neighbourhood is a home of Sheridan College, luxurious Oakville Golf Club, Oakville Place mall and many parks and trails.

This neighbourhood contains homes built after 1950's. Majority homes are between 20-60 years old, but there are some homes that are between 15-25 years of age. They are mostly townhouses. 

However, due to the lot sizes in College Park Neighobuhrood, in past few years, we are noticing more and more new, luxury homes being built in this neighbouhrood. There are some streets mostly filled with semi-detached backsplit homes, that are also featured by large lots that will have few parking spots and most of them will not have a garage, but rather a carport.

For the past 5 years, College Park neighbourhood's home prices are steadily going up. This year (2108), we are noticing some dip, but since it is just a begining of the year, we are hoping that it will level up, by the end of the year.
