Bronte Creek Neighbourhood

This is one of the younger neighbourhoods in Oakville.  Developments started around 2003 and Bronte Creek neighbourhood is still going strong to the west side of Bronte Rd. Dundas Street is the norther border for Bronte Creek neighbourhood and it gently ends on West Oak Trails to the south. Good portion of this neighoburhood are freehold townhomes, but large detached homes are big part of it too.

Population in this neighborhood are mostly younger families with young children (under age of 10).

Bronte Creek neighbouhrood is home of few parks and parkettes, children playgrounds and Fourteen Mile Creek is going through this neighbourhood.

Proximity to Go Stations, major highways; QEW and 407, makes this neighbourhood very attractive for younger families, including First Time Home Buyers, that commute for work. New Oakville hospital is just few minutes from this neighbourhood and most of major shops are withing few minutes drive too. Dundas St and Bronte Rd have a public transit present, so it is favourable to say that all types of transporation are accessible to it's residents.
