South Oakville

South Oakville is the most visited part of our lovely, historical town. This neighbouhrood is filled with historical sites and homes that are going to bring you back in 1800's. You can feel the beat of the old life, mixed with a humming of a 21^st century living stile. Downtown core is filled with small, lovely family stores and restaurants. Neighboring streets are a famous display of gorgeous homes, built on large lots and filled with greenery. The whole neighbourhood is filled with mixture of architecture and represents different lifestyles… from the very small bungalows, with probably current families living there for many decades, to a huge mansion version of homes, with pools, guest houses, tennis courts etc.

Properties are mainly detached homes, with very few high density parts and buildings. The neighbourhood is diverse, with majority homeowners having university degrees and more. It is also the Most expensive and luxurious part of Oakville.

This part of Oakville is also a home to world famous boarding school Appleby College.
